Hello! I’m Ify, a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with experience working with individuals, couples, teens, and immigrants. I am a Nigerian-Canadian who brings a deep understanding of acculturation and the process of personal reinvention to my practice. I left Nigeria over a decade ago and understand the struggles to preserve one’s identity while adapting to the new space. This informs my cultural sensitivity in creating a space that honours both culture and faith.

Outside my work with clients, I love to learn. I am reading or watching international movies that showcases diverse cultures. This is a way for me to learn different cultures, languages, and beliefs while expanding my world view.
